We are looking for a passionate and skilled person to work in LMI's Youth and Schools Outreach Department. Full-time or Part-time Position (minimum 22.5 hours per week)

Our mission: 

LMI’s Youth & Schools Outreach Department is committed to inspiring this generation to examine the Christian faith more closely and consider its relevance to life in the 21st century. 

Since our youth and schools work began in 1989, thousands of young people in schools and churches have engaged with the message of Christianity in a stimulating, interactive and thought-provoking way. 

Our strategy: 

We visit both church youth groups and post-primary schools. Our youth work and schools work are distinct from one another, as the two contexts are very different. What we do is appropriate to each situation.

Our schools work involves taking assemblies, RE classes and retreat days. We use interactive programmes to educate young people about the Christian faith, and show how it impacts everyday life. We also visit SU groups with the aim of encouraging and challenging young Christians in their walk with God. 

Our youth work is an important part of our ministry. Our goal is to point young people to Christ and to encourage them to live a life of radical obedience. We want to impact the youth of today to realise their potential in God and how he can use them as transforming witnesses in the world.
