Alison Kernohan, LMI's Bible Teaching Ministry Coordinator, was delighted to join with the members of FM Transition last night, as she provided an overview of our work for the Lord locally and globally.

LMI appoint Carole Townley as new Finance Manager

LMI are thrilled to introduce the newest member of the LMI team, our new Finance Manager, Carole Townley.

We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of the LMI team, our new Finance Manager, Carole Townley! 🎉😀.


Originally hailing from the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, Carole has spent the last 18 years working with the Faith Mission in Edinburgh, including five years as their Office Manager. Outside of work, she is a keen reader and crafter, who enjoys quilting and sowing, a very good skillset to have ahead of the Northern Irish winter! ☘️🥶.

LMI's 'A word for your week' devotional taken from Psalm 23:3b

Jehovah Tsidkenu - The Lord our Righteousness 

“He restores my soul, He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake’ He restores my soul”. - Psalm 23 v3b 

The shepherd leads his sheep in the paths he knows are best for their welfare. Otherwise they would run into danger and trouble. The Lord Jesus told the story of the lost sheep so that even the religious leaders, who thought they were better than the others listening, were without excuse.

LMI Burundi Representative holds Christian Maturity and Mission Convention

LMI Burundi Representative, Aloys Nduwindavyi, recently held a Christian Maturity and Mission Convention and spoke about the need for followers of Christ to grow in their knowledge and understanding of God, and the importance of Christian maturity for missionary endeavours.

It is wonderful to share photos from a recent ‘Christian Maturity and Mission Convention’, held in Burundi on 11th July 🇧🇮💬.

LMI’s Representative, Aloys Nduwindavyi, and other leaders spoke about the need for followers of Christ to grow in their knowledge and understanding of God, and the importance of Christian maturity for missionary endeavours.

As we read in the Bible, “Desire without knowledge is not good, and whoever makes haste with his feet misses his way”. Proverbs 19:2 (ESV) 📖.

LMI's Danny Roberts records message for United Beach missions at Zion Christian Life Church on the Shankill Road in Belfast

Danny Roberts and Alan Dourish ventured out of the LMI office and into Belfast city yesterday, two men with a single goal in mind - to record a challenging but inspiring message for the UBM team in Blackpill Lido and Langland Bay! 🏖🙂.
 
The duo called with our wonderful friends at Zion Christian Life Church, located just off the Shankill Road, and at Belfast Castle, with its spectacular views of the city below.
