A Word For Your Week: John 3:16

LMI's 'A word for your week' devotional taken from John 3:16

E: Eternal ✝️🌅

Easter is the time when we celebrate what The Lord Jesus Christ did for the world. Good Friday reminds us of His death at Calvary, to pay the price for sinful men and women.

A Word For Your Week: Psalm 27:14

LMI's 'A word for your week' devotional taken from Psalm 27:14

W - Wait. 'Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!' - Psalm 27 v 14

When a command is stated twice in the same sentence it causes us to take notice. Waiting often involves patience and watching for a situation to change. However, this verse exhorts us to wait for an inward change to help us continue to live courageously.

As we wait upon the Lord He will enable us to rise above our circumstances.
