We had a wonderful time with the folks from Crown Jesus Ministries and Scripture Union Northern Ireland at the annual SHINE prayer gathering earlier this week.
Week 1 of SHINE is already underway, with schools right across Northern Ireland taking part. And, in what is a very exciting development, Scripture Union England and Wales are also part of SHINE this year, with 27 schools signed up.

Last weekend, we took part in the annual Iron Hall Evangelical Church Missions Conference.
Our staff members - Jonathan Winter, JF and Alan Dourish - spoke to conference attendees about the work of LMI and shared about how God is using the mission around the globe.
We really enjoyed been part of the conference, and we hope that God will bring much from it for His glory.

Welcome to the world Jonah! As you may know, our Youth and School’s Outreach Worker, Danny Roberts, and his wife Faith, have been awaiting the arrival of their second child. Happily, on Saturday at 4.42am, the wait was over, as Jonah Edward Gordon Roberts entered the world.
Weighing in at 10lbs 1 ounce, Jonah is a strong, healthy boy. Danny and Faith will undoubtedly have their hands full with a new-born in the house, but happily they will have help from Annabelle, their beautiful daughter and Jonah’s big sister.
