Our Global Partner in Côte d'Ivoire is Pastor James Wheagar. James is a local church Pastor who has really enjoyed making use of LMI’s bible teaching ministry resources. He uses the French edition of “Dynamics of Discipleship” for training events and bible study classes and has shared this resource with local churches.

James has even travelled beyond the boundaries of his home nation to introduce “Dynamics of Discipleship” with local churches in Mali, Benin, Burkina Faso, Togo and Guinea and Guinea-Bissau. It’s a great joy for us to see this resource being used extensively across such a broad span of west African nations.

In addition to the use of LMI bible teaching ministry resources, Pastor James reaches out to the next generation of Côte d'Ivoire, with youth events and sports activities providing a platform for engaging with young people.

Biblical Resources We want to sponsor further translation and printing of LMI bible teaching ministry resources for Pastor James to use in Côte d'Ivoire and beyond.

Indigenous Training Events & LMI Teams Pastor James has a great network of ministry contacts across several nations. We want to stand with him through sponsorship of indigenous events to introduce LMI bible teaching ministry resources to others. Helping towards the travel and organisational costs of these activities would be a great blessing for James. We would also like to send an LMI Ministry Team to partner with James for a ministry programme in Côte d'Ivoire.

Youth Ministry We recognise the value and importance of reaching and teaching the next generation. As James and his team seek to share the Gospel and make disciples among the youth of Côte d'Ivoire we want to stand with him in support of these endeavours.
