Our Global Partner in the northeastern state of Manipur in India is passionate about reaching out to the lost and seeing leaders of local churches equipped and enabled. We have supported him in this vision, helping to establish an indigenous leadership training institute and through sponsorship of indigenous leadership events. Several LMI teams have worked side-by-side with our Global Partner in Manipur and it has been a real joy for us to see great impact first-hand.

In recent times the situation for Christians has become extremely difficult, as a result of religious persecution. Many have been displaced, others have faced fierce hostility and church buildings and Pastor’s homes have been destroyed. Relief funds raised by LMI have been distributed by our Global Partner to help those who have been affected.

Leadership Training. We know there is great strategic value in helping to strengthen local church leadership. The impact of these activities not only blesses the leaders themselves, but also the church they lead. We want to continue to sponsor indigenous training and events that help to equip and enable ongoing leadership development.

Humanitarian Assistance. In times of difficulty, it’s especially important to be able to provide help and relief to those who need it most. We want to continue to offer assistance to those who are suffering because of religious persecution.
