Meet Agnes Auma, who is studying LMI’s Biblical Foundations Course from her home country, Uganda.

Agnes has been a Christian for many years and is involved in a lot of impactful, gospel work. She serves in numerous ministries at her local church, including leading the praise and worship team and heading up the children’s and youth affairs. In addition to this, she is also the founder of a local charity organisation dedicated to providing for those in need, particularly children and orphans.

On top of all her incredible work, Agnes is wholly committed to furthering her understanding of God through studying His Word. She has participated in a number of Bible courses, in addition to her studies with LMI. Her desire to deepen her relationship with the Lord is inspiring. In order to be involved in effective gospel work, one must have a solid and ever-growing knowledge of the God that we serve. We can see this truth evidenced in Agnes’ life.

Last year, Agnes completed Level 1 of our Biblical Foundations Course, which covers the topics: Discipleship, The Church, The Bible and Prayer. Please pray for Agnes as she progresses through Level 2 (modules include: Spiritual Warfare, Doubt and Temptation). Pray that her faith will increase, and her love of God deepen. May the time she spends in God’s Word further strengthen and equip her for the wonderful work to which she has been called.
